Connecting Amazon brings buyer-seller messages into Lunadesk, with the order attached to each conversation.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Channels and add an Amazon channel.
- Sign in with the Amazon Seller Central account for the marketplace you want to connect and authorize Lunadesk.
- Pick the marketplace (e.g. amazon.com, amazon.fr) — connect one channel per marketplace if you sell in several regions.
Once connected, new buyer messages appear as tickets and your replies are delivered through Amazon's messaging system.
Why answer Amazon from Lunadesk
- Order context — the buyer's order is shown next to the conversation, so you do not have to look it up in Seller Central.
- SLA awareness — Amazon expects replies within 24 hours; keeping Amazon messages in the same queue as everything else makes them harder to miss.
- Team workflow — assign, add internal notes and track resolution like any other ticket.
Good to know
- Amazon restricts the kinds of messages sellers can send (no marketing, no external links in most categories). Lunadesk delivers what you write, but Amazon may filter messages that break its policies.
- Historical messages prior to the connection are not imported.
