How it behaves
- ·Tickets with context — buyer messages become tickets with the marketplace badge and the related order attached when available.
- ·Native delivery — replies are delivered through the marketplace's own messaging system, so the buyer sees them where they expect.
- ·One channel per marketplace — filter the inbox by channel to focus a shift on one queue.
