Lunadesk also connects to eBay, Walmart and TikTok Shop. The flow is the same for each: authorize the marketplace account, and buyer messages start arriving as tickets.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Channels.
- Add a channel of the matching type (eBay, Walmart or TikTok Shop).
- Sign in with your seller account and authorize Lunadesk.
How it behaves
- Buyer messages become tickets with the marketplace badge and the related order attached when available.
- Replies are delivered through the marketplace's own messaging system, so the buyer sees them where they expect.
- Each marketplace is its own channel: filter the inbox by channel to focus a shift on one queue.
Good to know
- Connect one channel per marketplace account or region.
- Marketplace messaging policies (response-time targets, content restrictions) still apply — Lunadesk surfaces the conversation but the platform's rules govern delivery.
