Lunadesk indexes every ticket, customer and help-center article. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the app to open the command palette and start typing.
What you can search
- Tickets — by subject, message content, customer name or email, order number.
- Customers — by name or email; open a profile to see every past conversation and order.
- Help-center articles — to quickly link or quote an answer you have already written.
Filtering the inbox
The views sidebar narrows the list by status, assignee or channel. Combine a view with a search to zero in — for example the Amazon view plus an order number when a buyer calls about a specific shipment.
Tips
- Search matches partial words, so an order suffix or the first letters of a name is usually enough.
- If you keep running the same search, check whether one of the predefined views already covers it.
